Generated results. Handwritten page previews, downloads, and export files we create from your document so you can review, print, or save them.

Usage and device data. IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and basic activity logs that help us keep the Service working.

Payment data. When you subscribe, a payment processor collects card or local payment details. We receive confirmation of the charge, plan, and order identifiers. We do not store full card numbers.

6. How long we keep data

Account and billing records are kept while your account is open, then as long as tax or dispute rules require (payment records up to 7 years)
Uploaded documents and generated pages are kept so you can reopen or download them, until you delete them or close your account
Support emails are typically kept for up to 2 years

You can ask us to delete account data. We may retain a limited record where the law requires it, such as a completed payment.

7. Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may ask us to:

Access the personal information we hold about you
Correct inaccurate information
Delete your account and stored documents

text2hand is not directed at children under 13. If you believe we collected information from a child under 13, contact us and we will delete it.
